Shipments of orders placed on the Siamoises Online Shop before 12:00 noon on a working day are entrusted to the courier on the same day, after that time they are shipped on the next working day.
The delivery of products purchased on the Siamoises Online Shop takes place on average within 3 working days from the confirmation of the order in Italy and within the European Union and within 7 days for all other destinations.
Shipping times and costs also depend on the country and the type of delivery service selected.
For direct shipments within Italy, the cost of shipping is free for orders up to 50.00€ and the average delivery time is two working days.
For direct shipments outside the Italian territory, please consult the details in the table below.
Delivery times may be delayed in the event of public holidays, and carriers do not deliver on the following days: December 25 and 26, January 1, August 15, and weekends.
For credit card orders, one working day must be added to the normal delivery time for administrative checks.
The products will be delivered within 30 days according to the law.
